Powdercoat Studio
We specialize in custom powdercoating of bicycle frames and components at affordable prices. Each frame is carefully sandblasted to remove old paint and corrosion and a generous polymer coating is applied. Your frame and fork are then cured at 350F which produces an extremely hard durable coating that will remain bright and crisp for years.
Better than new, and twice as durable.
$99.95 for Frame & Fork.
There are literally hundreds of colors and textures available from Tiger Dry-Lac, one of the world's leading producers of polyester powder coatings. We couldn't possibly offer all of those choices, but we've done the next best thing. Through a special arrangement with our sub-contractor we're offering the fifteen most popular colors plus one special color every month or so for $99.95. And for another ten bucks you can pick from an additional sixty colors. Holy smokes thats seventy-five colors to pick from!
After coating we carefully prep your head tube, seat tube, and chase the bottom bracket, water bottle bosses, and other threads so that you can install your components easily and without problems.
Sorry, but we don't offer any frame work or component installations at this time, but if you include your headset cups and crown race we'll install them for free.

From Our Customers
from Bill: Absolutely fabulous. The candy red powdercoat is just terrific, I got compliments on my first ride and it totally made my day. Thanks for the first-rate finish and fast delivery.
From Don: Hi Dennis--I just got the bike + parts and everything is absolutely gorgeous. I opened the forks first and couldn't believe my eyes. Beyond Killer!! I have those same forks on a bike in my living room (mid 90's DK cruiser w/ Pitchforks) that are mint because they sat in box since '99 until I installed them a month ago; they don't look half as sweet as your's and I'm bummed cause I already put the retro Pitchfork stickers on them. I got some retro S&M frame decals for the frame, which looks super sweet, as do the Odyssey brakes. I'll have the bike finished in 2 weeks and send pics of that and your old house. My buddies are gonna fiend when they see this!!! (Hard to believe I graduated in '84) That DK has the same S&M bars brand new and black powdercoated lookin hideous in comparison to yours. I have 3 other bikes that will eventually come your way and I'll recommend you to all. Thank you so much Dennis!!!! Don
From Amy: The frame is a 51cm steel lugged ’86 Trek off ebay. I cleaned the frame up (removed braze-ons and eyelets) before sending the bike off for powdercoating. You guys did a terrific job for a terrific price. I’ve received wonderful compliments wherever I ride and have been recommending you to several friends.
