Before we ship your frame we inspect the coating and perform a seven step
machining procedure to make assembly of your bike easier and faster.


First we clean and chase the bottom bracket threads.

Next, depending on the bottom bracket you're going to use
we either face the drive side only, both side, or neither side

Then we ream and face your headtube....

...on both ends so that your headset installs ...

straight and square.



Finally, we clean the inside of your seattube so that your seatpost
slides right in.
